Happy Holidays my friend.
As the year comes to a close I've been reviewing my progress and prepping for 2023 & this year has been a transformative one.
What I'm most proud of is my business creating a record number of transformations this year. My head coach John and I put a ton of focus into accountability and ways to help our clients get in shape in with ease and minimal stress.
I'm proud that we're doing something that's having a massive impact on their lives.
I've grown my audience to over 600k high performers across multiple platforms. I've started posting on Linkedin and am starting doing Youtube videos.
I've also given up alcohol, which has greatly impacted my quality of life.
It wasn't all good though. I've had to deal with setbacks, anxiety, comparing myself to others & a host of other inner traumas that I'm now dealing with.
The good and the bad is what makes life what it is. I wouldn't have it any other way.
How was 2022 for you? Do you have any goals you're trying to reach? Reply to this email. I'd love to hear them.
3 Ways To Become a Better Human
1. If you sit at a desk for long periods do this
The best bodyweight exercise on the planet are bar hangs.
They improve posture, strengthen grip, decompress the spine, and have been shown to strengthen the shoulders.
They're great to do before a workout to test your readiness.
They can be done between work sessions to reverse the effects of sitting.

But 99% of people don't even do them.

2. How to approach holiday eating
The best way to approach holiday eating is to realize that it's 1-2 days out of 365 days of the year.
Eat what you want within reason. Don't be a glutton or feel the need to get trashed through drinking.
The trick is this: Once the event is over go back to your healthy eating habits. Don't let one day spill over into 2.
Remember that High Performers never miss twice.
3. How to achieve your goals in 2023
There's a system I use with myself and my clients that's been crucial to hitting our goals.
It's called the Gold Medal Goal Setting framework and it's going to be a part of the new course I'm launching in 2023.
Here's how you do it:
- Choose a specific goal. Write it in the present tense.
- Set a deadline for achievement.
- Write out 10 or more reasons why you will achieve this goal.
- Write out your plan to achieve it.
- List out your obstacles to achieving this goal.
- Write out your solutions to those obstacles.
- Ask yourself if the goal is worth the prize.
- Set a directive affirmation for yourself based on the information you wrote above.
- Forget about the goal and focus on the plan.

A Quote to Finish Your Week Strong
The level of accomplishment in your life, how much money you earn, and how well you can shoot in a competition can be enhanced by setting goals and written plans are valuable in these situations.
The plan of your life purpose is not so much what YOU create but more to the point what has been created for you.
A life purpose is why we live not how we live. If we are put here by God or we have karma or maybe it is just fate, doesn’t it stand to reason that as long as the plan exists we don’t have to worry about all of the details."
― Lanny Basham from Freedom Flight
Just a reminder that worrying is wasted energy you can use to focus on the actions that will help you fulfill your full potential.
Have a happy holidays!
