I just had a call with one of my clients. He like many others we work with had traded his health for his business and was experiencing lower energy levels, libido issues & was seriously lacking confidence.
After 8 months of working together, he added 13 pounds of muscle to his frame and was feeling better than he's ever felt since he was a teen.
Something I realized is everyone talks about losing weight but not many understand what gaining muscle can do for your confidence.

Don't sleep on taking the time to build muscle for yourself. It leads to more confidence and a better quality of life.
3 Ways To Become a Better Human
1. Fear Setting
Before you're about to make a big decision do an exercise called "Fear Setting".
Start with writing out what the worst-case scenario would be if you made that decision.
Then write out what the best-case scenario would be.
Then strategize various ways you can prevent the worst from happening and make the best-case scenario more likely.
2. Walking Meetings

Time in nature
Improved Health
Decreased stress
Increased creativity
Improved decision making
You can end them by walking back
There are way too many benefits to not do this.
3. Your Meal Schedule
Eating your meals at set times can be as important as sleeping on a schedule.
People talk a lot about circadian rhythms and establishing a regular sleep schedule yet bedtime timing is only one cue your body uses.
Eating meals at set times helps regulate melatonin, ghrelin, leptin, and other hormones that affect your sleep cycles.
