The other day, I saw a graph where scientists from the United States were claiming that sugary cereals were healthier than eggs and beef:
This may seem whacky, but it makes sense when you look at the incentives. Food companies like money, and pharma companies do, too. Their main goal is not to change lives but to make profits. So they line the pockets of politicians through lobbyists.
This is why the government makes ridiculous claims and gives us things like the food pyramid. It's why you have FDA-approved drugs treating Alzheimer's that are ineffective & have been shown to produce horrible side effects.
This is why the price of insulin is 8- 10 times higher in the US than in any other country. As the saying goes, "Money makes the world go round" So what should you do about this?
Create a level of health where food & pharma companies can't profit off your body. Exercise, eat whole foods (including beef & eggs if that fits your diet), drink water instead of soda pop and get your body to a level where you'll feel great & prevent disease.
You don't want to be a cog in the machine. You want to become as self-reliant as possible, which means getting yourself as healthy as possible. By getting in shape, you avoid the vicious food/pharma cycle and feel more confident and energetic. You get to live longer. You get more life.
Don't put your hands in the health of a politician, food company, or pharma company. Do what you can to be peaceful both in body & mind.

1. How To Remove Forever Chemicals From Your Body
PFA's aka. forever chemicals are a class of chemicals used to repel oil and resist heat.
Think of them as that annoying ex who doesn’t get the hint and lingers in your life way longer than they should, causing problems.
But in this case, these chemicals damage your hormones and endocrine system instead of your sanity.
Researchers seem to have found a solution to eliminating these chemicals in your body.
The secret to eliminating them is regular blood donations (or doing bloodwork).
When you donate blood, you're not just helping someone in need; you're also giving your body a chance to dump some of these toxic freeloaders.
The process essentially removes a portion of your blood, that contains these chemicals, and your body gets busy creating fresh, less contaminated blood to replace it.
It’s like hitting the reset button, not just for your conscience, but for your health too. So, roll up that sleeve, donate, and start taking out the trash.
2. One Supplement To Fight Inflammation And Increase Muscle

Ask Me Anything - How To Workout If You Don't Have A Gym
Question From Berra: I am a student who is into working out but don't know how to do it. I don't have a chance to go to a gym. So, could you please recommend me some exercises and how often should I do at home.
My answer: Thanks for the question, Berra.
Great question! Just because you don't have a gym doesn't mean you can't get a great workout.
First, you can train without weights using bodyweight workouts. These workouts use only your body and can help build muscle.
Second, you want to focus on using full-body workouts. I find that increasing the frequency throughout the week helps you get in shape when you're only using bodyweight workouts.
Also, when doing home based workouts I prefer to do them as a circuit or using supersets to amplify the intensity around 2-4x a week.

Either way, don't let a lack of exercise equipment stop you from working out. Use bodyweight workouts to help you work out at home.
