Hey friend,

I'm writing from Chicago, where I'm doing a workshop for Dan Martell's boardroom mastermind.

Today's talk will be about one of the most important parts of health, which is having a system.

The truth is, most people suck at being healthy.

It's not because they're lazy or don’t care, but because they focus more on the outcomes than finding a sustainable system.

Systems are there regardless of willpower. They help you lock in routines, and the smartest people learn how to automate them so they can become evergreen.

That said, if you lack in any area of life, it's not because you lack motivation; it's most likely due to not having the right system in place.

Find the right system and you're ahead of 99% of people out there.

Alright, it's my time to go up and speak. I hope you enjoy this week's 4MF!

Here Is Your 4 Minute Friday:

1. Man Eats 600 Strips Of Bacon Eggs In 20 Days But Did Not Expect This

So this guy ate 600 strips of bacon in 20 days. Why? Not because he’s some bacon-crazed lunatic, but to challenge conventional wisdom on cholesterol.

In a previous stunt, he already downed 720 eggs in a month and saw no cholesterol spike, so now he’s testing if bacon would do the same.

And guess what? It didn’t. For the first 10 days, his LDL cholesterol (the “bad” one) stayed stable. Then, just to mess with things, he added carbs in the form of honey—and boom, his LDL dropped by 22%.

It’s kind of a giant middle finger to outdated ideas about fat, cholesterol, and health.

The big takeaway is that eating a ton of bacon won’t necessarily jack up your cholesterol, especially if you’re lean and insulin-sensitive.

Also, bacon with honey is apparently amazing, which I will definitely try out.

The bottom line is to keep questioning the status quo and, well, stay curious.

Btw, Nick Norowitz is becoming one of my favorite health influencers because of experiments like this.

2. How To Make Your Children 3x Smarter

Alright, here's the deal: this study looked at how being active affects academic performance.

Spoiler alert—working out doesn’t just make you look better; it makes you smarter, too.

So they crunched a bunch of studies together (meta-analysis style) and found that people who moved more—whether it was gym sessions, walking, or whatever—tended to do 3x better in school or learning environments.

Basically, your brain gets a tune-up when your body’s moving.

The researchers didn’t say exactly why, but we can guess that your brain works better when your body feels good.

So, the moral of the story: if you want your kids to crush it academically, don’t just hit the books—hit the gym.

❤️ My Favourite Thing This Week

Alright, this is a bit self-indulgent, but bear with me for one second.

Ever since I started in the fitness industry, all I wanted to do was help people.

I want others to feel the transformational effects I felt by getting my sh*t together and taking care of my body.

That said, it's nice when you get recognition from others based on the work you're doing.

So, never in a million years would I have thought GQ would feature me in their magazine.

A big thank you goes out to Ashwin Rodriguez for the well-written, balanced article.

Also, thank you for engaging with my content and supporting me throughout this journey. I would not be here without you, and I am thankful for your attention every day.

Client Of The Week - Matt, Entrepreneur

Matt is an entrepreneur who wanted to get more fit so he could be a better example to his family.

He didn’t care about getting a six-pack. He just wanted to be healthier, lose the belly, and avoid his family history of heart disease.

In 12 weeks, we dropped 34 lbs & went from a 41-inch waist to a 34. Now his energy is through the roof & he’s more productive at work than ever before.

More importantly, we got him off his blood pressure medication, and his wife and kids are now joining him in his workouts and healthy eating.

One Quote To Finish Your Week Strong

"I am not the richest, smartest, or most talented person in the world, but I succeed because I keep going and going and going."

Consistency is not a guarantee of success.

But lacking consistency is a surefire way to guarantee you won't be successful.
