Let's get this straight: Dieting can be a pain in the ass.
I know, I know. There are a million diets out there, and they all promise to make you look like a Greek God or Goddess if you just follow their magic formula.
But there's a catch: Most diets are TOO complicated.
Some might require you to count calories, measure every macro, and track food like some OCD food scientist. Others may have you eliminate entire food groups as if they were rubbing your insides with poison ivy.
And you know what? Ain't nobody got time for that.
Let me present to you something different. It's what I call the simplest diet on the planet...EVER.
This diet is as idiot-proof as it comes. How would I know? Even I can do it.
It's so good that I'm adding it as a module to our ​Lean Body 90 Course​ and it will be the first thing our clients do in our upcoming group coaching co-hort​.

The Green Face Diet
What Is The Green Face Diet?
The Green Face Diet is about as bare-bones as it gets, but that's exactly what makes it so effective.
This is not about nibbling on rabbit food or starving yourself on some miserable 800-calorie-a-day plan.
No, you’ll be eating real food—food that actually does something for your body. The foods we eat will be optimized to get lean, increase energy, and focus.
The rules are so simple you could tattoo them on your forearm in 5 minutes:
- If it’s a green vegetable (or came from the ground), you can eat it.
- If it had a face or would’ve grown up to have a face, you can eat it.
- If it’s not green (or came from the ground) and has no face, don’t eat it.
That’s it. Seriously. No fancy calculations, no meal plans that look like algebra equations. Just these embarrassingly simple rules.
Stick to them, and watch your body fat drop faster than a Lamborghini speeding down the Autobahn.
Why This Diet Works

Portion Sizes
- Protein is the size of your fist.

Meal Frequency
You're aiming for 3 meals a day split apart every 3 to 5 hours.

How Long Should You Do This Diet?
If you choose to follow this diet, I recommend sticking to it for 2 to 4 weeks. At that point, you should have lost a good amount of pounds and re-trained your taste buds.
After that, I would shift more to a ratio of 80-90% foods like the Green Face Diet and 10-20% flexible foods.
